COURSE DESCRIPTION

To begin with, it is essential to define what self-love entails. Self-love is often misunderstood as selfishness or narcissism, but it is a deep sense of appreciation and compassion for oneself. It involves acknowledging one’s worth, accepting oneself with all strengths and weaknesses, and nurturing a positive relationship with oneself. Self-love is not about egoism or self-centeredness but rather about self-care, self-compassion, and self-acceptance.  Self-love is indeed a pathway to wholeness, and this wholeness is deeply intertwined with a connection to something transcendent, whether it is understood as God, the universe, or a higher spiritual reality.
